My email package tells me that my password is wrong.
The main reasons behind this error message are to do with incorrect data entry and also when a mailbox is locked.
Mailbox locking occurs when a connection to your mailbox times out or if the physical connection is dropped. To solve this, close your email client (Outlook Express, Outlook etc.) for a period of 10 minutes and then try again.
The other reason may be that you password is wrong, please remember that the password is case sensitive, check to see if you have the [CAPS LOCK] on by mistake. Pinnacle normally set passwords to be lower case only.
