I can only access web pages within Pinnacle.
The reason for this is due to your DNS not being set. To change this you need to:
1) Go to the set up instructions
http://www.pncl.co.uk/support.php
2) Select 'Setup info'
3) Select your Operating System
4) Look at the 'Additional Settings' section and follow the instructions.
