What is FTP?
FTP is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol. FTP allows you to retrieve files from other computers around the world onto your PC.
The process of retrieving files onto your PC is called DOWNLOADING.
If you ever have a need to send files from your PC to a remote machine, this is called UPLOADING.
You will need to UPLOAD your web pages to the Pinnacle servers in order to publish them.
We recommend a free ftp program called Smart FTP.
