My Email is blocked what do I do?
You can either use the webmail tool or contact support. If you are using 'mailhost' you can view your email at:
webmail.pncl.co.uk - (no www.)
If you are using 'mailhost-av' you can view your email at:
'mailhost-av.pncl.co.uk' - (no www.)
To contact support by telephone (01903 524999), fax (01903 524986) or email using our enquiry form (support@pinnacle.net.uk) stating your mailbox username together with your permission to view the contents of your mail in order to ascertain the problem.
