Reluctantly Selling a House in France

Having spent the last five years building this house in France
I just got re-married and, as we have decided to buy a narrowboat and sail round the canals of England, the house is for sale.
Still a bit of work to complete it - hence the very reasonable price of only 230,000 Euros.

The house is built round an atrium with a covered cloister. On the south side there is a veranda running along the front of the Master bedroom (en-suite),
a large livingroom and a diningroom all with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and large sliding glass doors to the outside and to the atrium.
On the west side there is a kitchen/family room, workshop and garage. On the north side a utility room, an entrance hall and a shower room with WC and provision for a sauna.
On the East side are two more bedrooms (en-suite) completed with provision for a fourth en-suite bedroom, kitchenette and guest sittingroom, with its own entrance, that connects to the bedrooms.
There is a large cellar divided into three rooms. Gas underfloor heating with underground Gas cistern.
7,551 m2 land with wonderful views across the countryside. Living Area 316 m2 plus Garage 36 m2, Cellar, 57 m2, Front veranda 35 m2, Atrium and cloister 80 m2.
Just outside the village of Peyrat de Bellac and close to the main town of Bellac.
